Property Safety
Based on obligations imposed under the Management of Health & Safety at Work
Regulations 1999, and in particular requirements outlined under the Workplace (Health,
Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1992 pcm developed a health and safety property service that deals with all safety legislation.
Our services include reviews of individual properties and/or portfolios to access items such as due diligence, asbestos, fire safety, disability, water hygiene and security. Detailed considerations include items such as access equipment (including hoists, man safe systems etc). general cleaning and window cleaning; waste management and COSHH etc.
We then manage any actions via a web portal database to completion or prioritise and review on a regular basis, to achieve workplace compliance.
Our system is supported by the very latest in hand-held technologies eradicating the need for un-necessary paperwork and making reporting instantaneous.
