Our review measures responsibilities and relationships to establish compliance.
Our compliance levels are assessed and risk ratings provided for each section of the review using a 'traffic light' risk rating system:
RED - risks are not controlled, little or no compliance.
AMBER - corrective action required, some compliance.
GREEN - minimal intervention required, broadly compliant.
